Each year our local charity o ce, based in Marsh Parade Hythe, invite all our clients to complete a short survey to indicate how satis ed (or not!) they are with the services provided to them, whether or not it’s Information and Advice, Befriending, Goodneighbours, Lunch Clubs, Computer Clubs or Foot care. e results of the survey which was held between April and July 2024, shows that 90% of service users thought the services were ‘very satisfactory’ with the other 10% rating them as ‘satisfactory’. Over 80% said they recommend or would recommend the services to their friends and family. e survey also gives the clients the opportunity to say what could be improved upon and what new services they would like to see introduced in the area. All of this information will help Age Concern New Forest plan for the future. “We would like to thank all those who took part in the survey” says Teresa Blakey, CEO, “We really do welcome our client’s comments and suggestions”.
