Abbie Hills, owner of e Dazey Hills Company talent agency, has been nominated for the prestigious 2024 40 under 40 list. Growing up locally in Hythe, Abbie attended Applemore College and then Brockenhurst College. Abbie, who has cerebral palsy, was frustrated with the lack of representation of diverse talent, led by a diverse agent and when she was 23 she set up e Dazey Hills Company, which started as a small agency based in Hythe. Now 5 years later the company has grown to represent over 60 clients in lm and TV with a diverse roster of actors ranging from trained professionals to newcomers. e 40 under 40 Awards identify, honour and celebrates a crosssection of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of forty from a wide range of industries. Abbie has been nominated under the eatre and Arts section and will nd out if she has won an award at the 40 under 40 Awards Event Dinner which will be held on 3rd November.
