With just 11% of its funding covered by the government, the support we give to Oakhaven is crucial in providing the funds our local hospice needs to run its vital services for us every year. Oakhaven’s care are not just within the building of the hospice, specialist teams reach out in patients’ homes across our communities to support people who wish to remain within familiar and safe surroundings, with the hubbub of normal life carrying on - for those the ability to continue to be a part of daily life is a precious gi .
