When the twins were babies she wrote during naps and in the evenings and scribbled down her rst novel, waiting for you , which was published in March 2016. Since then she’s written both women’s ction and contemporary comedy. Catherine’s last book, 99 days with you , was published by Bookouture. An upli ing story about living every day an hour at a time. Fans of Jojo Moyes, Jodi Picoult and Diane Chamberlain will lose their hearts to Catherine Miller’s stunning stories. Catherine’s latest book, the day that changed everything is an inspiring and lovely story bringing together superb characters. When you lose the love of your life, how do you nd yourself again? For Tabitha, the day that changed everything started like any other. Tabitha woke up, slid her feet in u y slippers, wrapped herself in a dressing gown and tiptoed out of her bedroom, leaving her husband Andy sleeping. Upstairs, Andy’s alarm sounded, Tabitha took him fresh co ee, like every other morning, except today her husband hadn’t stirred, he just wouldn’t stir. ree years later Tabitha is trying hard to get by in the shadow of her grief. She may have lost the love of her life but she won’t give up on the family they dreamed of. Fostering troublesome teenagers and a newborn baby is a chance to piece together her broken heart. is tale takes you on a journey of recovery with Tabitha. I found this book inspiring, such a wonderful story about love and loss. e story covers ‘then’ and ‘now’, between the loss of Tabitha’s husband and the present day to her fostering journey. I felt I knew each character personally, protagonist Tabitha a woman struggling to move on was easy to like and all the other characters were built up around her and also easy to feel compassion for. is was o en an emotional read, satisfying, believable and showed the true feelings of the characters concerning real life issues. I am hoping for a sequel to nd out what happens next.
