Louisa Daniels, The Pilates Studio New Forest Louisa rst started Pilates over 20 years ago when she was in recovery from back surgery and has never looked back. She comments: “There’s something about Pilates that makes me feel both physically and mentally strong, like it really is working me from the inside out. If I’ve got a sore back - I do Pilates; If I feel stressed out - I do Pilates; If I want an entire body workout - I do Pilates; If I feel I need to stretch out - I do Pilates! I think you get the picture; Pilates seems to be the answer to most of my problems!” Louisa has been running e Pilates Studio New Forest for 9 years now and will o en say to her clients that she has to pinch herself sometimes as she cannot believe that she has got the best job in the world.
