These courses have been co-designed with employers to respond to skills shortages in the region and we plan to offer the region’s workforce the right support to thrive in these fast-developing industries. The Skills Bootcamp programme aligns with Solent Partners’ aims to work with local industry to promote the collective prosperity and sustainability of the Solent economy. Ian Ross, CEO of Whitehead-Ross Education, said: “We are delighted to be working with Solent Partners to support local jobseekers to access local opportunities in hospitality supervision and leadership roles, whilst supporting the skills and recruitment needs of local employers.
