Perhaps not a question you ask yourself very o en, but if you don’t like who you are, how can you expect anyone else to love you? You don’t have to be arrogant or selfobsessed, constantly looking in the mirror to love yourself, you just need a sense of your self-belief and selfworth, because others will recognise those qualities as coming from the person who makes them feel valued and listened to. If you have limiting beliefs holding you back from achieving your goals, or feel unloved, then you may also experience unhelpful emotions. Hypnotherapy can help you get to the root cause of what holds you back from your full potential and stop you from feeling anxious, not good enough, or unloved. For more information, contact; 07786 376980 or: alan@ alanjoneshypnotherapy.com make the decision today and love yourself tomorrow.
