They give all staff a complimentary subscription to the popular well-being app Headspace, and have recently extended that to up to three of their friends and family members as well. Committed to looking after its 100+ strong workforce, the Totton based IT services company started the New Year positively. Aura provides all of the team with access to the well-known app, which offers mindfulness and meditation. Moreover, with the recent extension to the free subscription to cover a partner and family members, the company has quadrupled the number of people being able to access the Headspace app, to over 400.
