When you make or amend your Will, as well as providing for those closest to you such as family and other loved ones, you can also choose to help causes that you love like Minstead Trust. Your gi will be a future legacy to help the people we support now and in the future to live independent lives Here are some of the ways you can leave a gift in your Will: Free online Will We are working with Make a Will Online to enable our supporters to create a Will for free. Make a Will Online provide solicitor-checked wiils. (www.makeawillonline.co.uk/minsteadtrust). Each of their Wills is fully checked by a quali ed solicitor. If you have more complex legal needs a simple Will may not be suitable for you. For example, if you have a large or complicated estate e.g. trust income, property overseas, or dependent relatives, you should speak to a specialist solicitor. If your estate will be subject to inheritance tax (see: www.moneyhelper.org.uk/en/ family-and-care/death-and-bereavement/a-guideto-inheritance-tax?source=mas#), you should also speak to a solicitor. If you are on strong medication or have concerns about your mental capacity, you should discuss your Will with a solicitor face-to-face. See a solicitor in person or remotely If you already have an existing relationship with a solicitor please contact them to ask for your Will to include a gi to us.
