After Before All Animal Rescue: Giving Hope to All Creatures, Big and Small Holbury-based charity All Animal Rescue is making a huge di erence to animals across the New Forest and beyond. is small, dedicated rescue works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals of all shapes and sizes, from guinea pigs and rabbits to cats, dogs, horses, and even farm animals. Every animal that comes into their care is given a second chance at a happy life. Whether they’ve been abandoned, neglected, or simply no longer have a home, All Animal Rescue steps in to provide love, care, and stability. What They Do Unlike many rescues, All Animal Rescue doesn’t use kennels. Instead, they rely on a network of foster homes, where animals live in a safe and caring environment until their forever home is found. is approach allows for individual attention, helping animals heal both physically and emotionally. e rescue takes in a wide variety of animals, from family pets to larger animals like horses and farm livestock. Each one receives thorough medical care, including vaccinations and neutering where needed, alongside behavioural and social support. Education is also a big part of their work, helping owners understand and meet their animals’ legal welfare needs to prevent future abandonment. Challenges and Needs Running a rescue of this scale is no small feat. Rising costs, vet bills, and limited space mean the team faces constant challenges. One of their current major projects is The Cat Project, an appeal to build a much-needed new cattery. is will provide a safe, warm space for vulnerable cats to recover and prepare for rehoming. Without this additional space, the charity is o en forced to turn animals away - a heartbreaking decision they strive to avoid. How You Can Help – Table Top Sale Coming Up! To help raise much-needed funds, All Animal Rescue is hosting a Table Top Sale lled with both human and pet items. With plenty of bargains on new and pre-loved goods, it’s a fantastic way to shop while supporting a vital local cause. e sale is taking place on Saturday 8th November, 10.30am-3.30pm, at Totton Community Centre. All proceeds will go directly towards caring for animals and funding essential projects like the new cattery. Every penny raised will help ensure that animals in need receive the care, safety, and love they deserve. Why It Matters to Our Community Sadly, many animals become homeless through no fault of their own - whether due to changes in their owner’s circumstances, nancial hardship, or a lack of proper care. All Animal Rescue fills this crucial gap, stepping in to provide safety, compassion, and hope. By supporting their work, you are helping to create a community where no animal is le behind.
