Paul is a chef by trade and has worked in the catering industry all his life, with some time spent in France. Paul and Toni also ran a pub in Su olk. All of the existing sta have stayed and their aim as a team is to run a family friendly business with a welcoming atmosphere. One of the new additions is a Fixed Price Menu which changes weekly and will cost £14.95 for two courses and £17.95 for three courses. Steak and Fish nights are coming soon and also a new Sunday Lunch menu. Alongside the Christmas menu and the Christmas Day menu they will also be o ering a Christmas A ernoon Tea with details coming soon. Le Chateau Bistro at Cadnam Healthy Haven Since opening in May 2019 the Healthy Haven garden at the Waterside Medical Centre has gone from strength to strength. People have donated plants and Christine and Kim have been busy planting and caring for them. Flowers and vegetables have been grown, and the produce has been sold at the medical practice for a donation. is year the white antirrhinums, tomatoes and beetroot have all done well. Christine and Kim have just started planting bulbs to ower in the Spring. If you would like to join the team of gardeners please contact Philip Sayers at the Waterside Medical Centre. The Dining Diva’s September event was held at the Captain’s Table in Christchurch.
