They have taken many extra precautions to make them Covid-Safe. They also offer Toenail cutting for £20 or Toe & Fingernails for £25. e registered Podiatrists and Chiropodists are also able to give foot care advice and information on other treatments available. If you wish to book a foot care appointment, cancel or amend one, please contact the o ce on: 023 8084 1199. A message can be le on the answer machine if necessary and they will return your call. Waterside Good Neighbours volunteers could help with transport if required. Clinics are as follows: Totton and Eling Community Centre: Every Wednesday and Friday at Civic Centre Buildings, Library Road, Totton, SO40 3AP. Hythe & Dibden Community Centre: 1st and 3rd Fridays, 1st Thursday and 3rd Monday at Brinton Lane, Hythe, SO45 6DU. Blackfield Baptist Church: 2nd and 4th Tuesday at Hampton Lane, Black eld, SO45 1XA. Hythe Memory Group meet up every Monday, from 1.30pm until 2.30pm at Cornerstone (Hythe URC), New Road, Hythe. Families Matter run the support group which o ers cognitive stimulation therapy for people with early stage dementia. It encourages people to socialise and have fun learning and remembering together. Carers are also welcome to stay and have a cup of tea and chat to other carers. Hythe Memory Group Meet Again Open to vegans, vegetarians, and meat reducers aged 65 and over , the FREE club o ers attendees the chance to learn new dishes, get tips from an experienced vegan chef, and meet like-minded people from across the UK. e club takes places through Zoom video- conferencing on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Recipes are provided in advance, so you have plenty of time to get the ingredients. Cook that morning and then join Vegetarian for Life Chef Justina, along with attendees from across the UK, at 1pm. Recipes take a di erent theme each month so you’ll get to make and enjoy a wide variety of tasty dishes. e next club on Tuesday 14th December - a vegan Christmas meal. As always, there is no need to cook all of the recipes. You can choose just one or two, or simply join the lunch club with a cup of tea or what you’re having for your lunch that day.
