A er the rst week, the sessions will run each Monday at both venues starting at 6.30pm. e free 10 week ‘Couch to 5K Courses’ are for Absolute Beginners and are adapted to a person’s ability. What better way to discover the joy of running, meet new people, have fun and at the same time get t or tter. Alternatively, if you have run before, but need some help and motivation to restart and maintain your running, you will be most welcome. THE KETTLE IS ALWAYS ON Testwood Baptist Church’s monthly Bereavement Café is changing its venue to the lounge at M Johnson Family Funeral Directors, in the centre of Totton at 26-28 Commercial Road, Totton. It will still be o ering a safe space where people can talk about the pain of loss and also nd strength and courage in knowing that they are not alone.  e Café is run on a ‘drop-in’ basis between the revised times of 1pm and 2.30pm on the second Monday of each month and is not designed to be a counselling session. Visitors to the Café will discover a warm welcome and a supportive environment for re ection and conversation; a place to ndmutual support and encouragement. e kettle is always on with tea, co ee and a variety of cakes (including a gluten-free option) served by a friendly team of volunteers.
