For the younger generations today a trip to Paultons Park isn’t complete without meeting Peppa and George, but for those growing up in the 80’s and 90’s it was all about meeting the wonderful Percy the Owl, from the TV adverts, with that infamous tagline – ‘Have a hoot hoot at Paultons Park!’. In celebration of the theme park’s 40th Anniversary the lovable Percy is set to make a comeback with a very special anniversary trail of beautifully decorated Percy the Owl sculptures taking up residence in the park from 1st April running until 30th October. e trail will be included in all admission tickets, with a large Percy sculpture and 10 mini owls dotted around the park to nd. Percy himself will be making a ying visit to the park too on selected dates, Spring is just around the corner, so what better way to beckon in the change of seasons than with a giant Easter egg! e Romsey & Waterside Lions Club has kindly donated this magni cent ra e prize to the Waterside Cancer Support Centre.
