How is your wellbeing and your joy for life? In a series of Wellbeing Days Kim Furnish and Caroline Livingstone will show you practical tools to increase your positivity, help you to meditate easily, and improve your self-care. If you feel like something is missing in your life, it’s probably you! We can spend so much of our time looking a er other people that we forget about looking a er ourselves. Let a day of wellbeing increase positivity, happiness and wellbeing. Each Wellbeing Day begins with a laughter session, which will increase your happy hormones and boost your immune system. is is followed by sessions of positivity, meditation and self-care, which will give you a boost of energy, positivity and calm. You can stay for the whole day or choose which sessions you would like to attend. e whole day is £50, or individually the laughter session is £5, and sessions of positivity, meditation and self-care are £20 each. If you would like to feel happier and more joyful, and learn ways to be more positive, join Kim and Caroline on their monthly wellbeing days starting Saturday 29th April 10am to 3pm. Caroline Livingstone is a trained meditation and mindfulness teacher. She trained with Zenways and at the Oxford mindfulness centre. Caroline teaches a relaxing form of meditation called yoga nidra, o en called the sleep of the yogi. Caroline is a trained crystal healer and crystal master teacher and reiki practitioner. Kim Furnish MSc is a Life Coach and Social Entrepreneur. Her Social Enterprise, Instar Coaching C.I.C brings the science of positive psychology to life, to individuals and communities.
