Gig in the Garden Oakhaven’s Gig in the Garden will be a relaxed musical event held within their grounds in Lymington – go along with your ticket, picnic blankets or comfy chairs to claim your spot amongst the ora and fauna and enjoy the music. e line-up boasts something for everyone, local talent and bands will cater for all musical tastes and genres, the hardest choice is who to go along and see across the 3 days, Friday 4th August – Sunday 6th August. Included in the price is an individual picnic box prepared in Oakhaven’s very own kitchen containing delicious homemade savoury and sweet items. ere is also no need to worry about liquid refreshments as a well-stocked zz bar selling a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available and for those that fancy a hot beverage, the Co ee Oslar will be on site. Wednesday 7th June will be the rst Fancy Dress Horse Ride at 7pm leaving from the White Hart in Cadnam, with 5 di erent classes and a theme of Stage and Screen. Saturday 10th June is Carnival Day starting at 1pm in the Scout Field at Copythorne, with various stalls, food, rides, dog show, steam engine tug of war and judging of the carnival oats before the parade at 5pm, followed by the Carnival Evening with beer tent, BBQ and live music from e Scene, e Frontliners and Sophie Penwill. Sunday 11th June is a Rally Day and Cra Market, 11am to 4pm at Copythorne Scout Hut, with cars, bikes, tractors, steam engines and more. As well as live demonstrations, workshops and the New Forest Makers Market. Finally to round o the event is the Carnival 5k & 10K run at 7.30pm on Monday 12th June.
