Changing thoughts and beliefs requires a lotmore than just thinking or wishing how you want things to be. O en, unwanted feelings, fears, habits and behaviours have developed to feel safe when exposed to something you feel is challenging. So, rather than letting it go, you resist making any changes because you fear facing the unfamiliar. Hypnotherapy can help you understand your fears at a deeper mental level so that you can safely review those beliefs and actions that challenge you, without worry or anxiety.
