Struggling to manage or resolve problems can result in stress and this creates an increase of emotions, which prevents calm, rational thought processing. Emotions can range from a sense of feeling overwhelmed, to a feeling of failing, anger, or guilt. Stress perpetuates stress and stress-related behaviour and thinking can lead to more serious mental health issues. If you are currently experiencing di cult situations or have had previous traumatic events, it can a ect your ability to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Hypnotherapy can help you balance your mental wellbeing during these challenging times, so you remain calm, stay in control, and make e ective decisions.
