Walks are open to everyone and are a good opportunity to meet new friends, take a friend along or even take your dog with you to enjoy the walk. eir next walks take place: Wednesday 22nd November meet at Boldrewood car park, Wednesday 13th December meet at Tilery Road car park and Wednesday 10th January meet at Anderwood car park. A Stoma Nurse is in attendance along with a stoma care company when available for advice and samples. eir next meeting will be on Wednesday 10th January from 1.30pm until 3pm. Families Matter run the support group which o ers cognitive stimulation therapy for people with early stage dementia. It encourages people to socialise and have fun learning and remembering together. Carers are also welcome to stay and have a cup of tea and chat to other carers.
