Each year, these unique awards o er twelve inspirational young people the opportunity to experience a life changing sailing trip with the Ocean Youth Trust South (OYT South) onboard its sail training vessel, Prolific. Nominate a young person today MDL is looking for third party nominations for young people aged between 12 and 18, who have supported those around them, shown exceptional accomplishments and achievements or who have overcome adverse personal circumstances. ose in contact with young people are invited to send in nominations, including teachers, guide or scout leaders, youth group leaders, friends and employers. e young sailors enjoy all aspects of life on board, including hoisting sails, helping with maintenance, night sailing, cooking, and cleaning. e winners are selected from the regions in which MDL Marinas are located: the South West, Dorset, Hampshire, ames Valley and East Coast.
