Thanks to our generous Waterside Community we raised a magnificent £9,142.90 for local good causes. After reviewing the nominations by the local community, those to benefit include Hythe Armed Forces & Veteran Breakfast Club, Hythe Alive, Oakhaven Hospice, Who Let The Dads Out, Gangwarily Scout and Guide Group, All Animal Rescue, The Honeypot Children’s Charity, The Waterside Food Project, Busy Bees Preschool, National Coast Watch Stone Point, Warren Copse and Holbury Manor Conservation Group and Waste Not Want Not. In the summer we attend many events across the Waterside, all monies raised during the summer go towards the upkeep of the fire engine itself so that we can keep Santa on the road. Are you hosting a summer fete or event where you’d like us to attend?
