Children (and adults too!) are encouraged to collect real eggs newly laid by the chickens at the farm and, of course, hold u y yellow chicks and cuddle baby animals in the Animal Encounter Barn. ere are lots more friendly farm animals to see too. ere’s plenty of playtime fun to keep the visiting children amused in the all-inclusive outdoor play area, which includes a wheelchair swing. e go-karts, trampolines, crazy golf*, and many other brilliant play areas are perfect for letting o steam. Visitors can put their feet up while the children play in the Piglets Play Barn, and then nd the tractor ride where the whole family can enjoy a brilliantly bumpy experience! (Ground conditions permitting). e Farm is perfect for a superb family day out at any time of the year, but especially in the spring. Who will nd the platinum egg this year! e popular Longdown Golden Egg Hunt is back with nineteen golden eggs to nd every day, PLUS one very special platinum egg! ere are no clues, and they are VERY hard to nd. ere will be a prize for those who are fortunate enough to nd a golden egg, and an eggstra special prize awarded to the person who nds the platinum egg! e Great Big Golden Egg Hunt will be on o er from Friday 29th March through to Monday 1st April only (no extra charge to enter). ey meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at St Andrew’s Centre, Dibden Purlieu from 2pm to 4pm.
