He is showing large lino cuts of life in a small town and designs based on the British countryside and some of the creatures and myths connected with it. is includes wild animals, the Green Man and Morris dancers. His work is available as limited edition originals, cards and artist books. Inspiring and extraordinary work by Hampshire’s most celebrated artists will be on show at Exbury’s stunning Palais des Vaches art gallery during Hampshire Open Studios. In collaboration with Coastal Gallery, they’re showcasing a captivating collection from celebrated local artists. Step into the Palais and discover three interconnected gallery spaces full of dazzling paintings, beautiful prints, captivating ceramics, breathtaking sculptures, and stunning photography. e new exhibition, A Family A air, also continues featuring stunning works by Dire Straits bassist John Illsley and his daughter Jessica Illsley. You’ll Mary and Peter York are delighted, once again, to invite visitors to their art exhibition in their home at 16 Atheling Road, in Hythe, SO45 6BR, as part of Hampshire Open Studios (HOS). Both of them have attended more Art Holidays in Spain since last year’s HOS and this has continued to in uence their work. is is a mixture of “Townscapes”, “Landscapes” and “Flora and Fauna”. Watercolour in its various forms continues to be the basis of their work. As in previous years visitors will nd a range of paintings to interest them. Open days will peaceful butter y meadow, all with stunning views of the Beaulieu River. e sunny courtyard garden is the perfect place to meet friends and family for a co ee or picnic, and ample free parking is available. Palais des Vaches proudly features over 50 local and nationally acclaimed artists, including venue owners Caroline and Nick de Rothschild.
